Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes increases its other features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied.

Leveling

The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in that area. The process will continue until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack with each other, but can only be added to a single item at one time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a particular quantity of items to be applied in addition to an appropriate amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left one is where players can place equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Upgrade components are a form of equipment that is able to be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons in order to provide an additional effect or benefit while the equipment is in use.
